A former Trustee of HRH The Prince of Wales' Prince's Foundation, Dominic enjoys the challenge of renewing historic properties with contemporary flair.

Together with business partner, Peter Ede, the current project is the creation of a sustainable green tourism project on a converted organic farm, just over an hour from London.
